Ram Mohan Rastogi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the textile industry. Ram Mohan started their career at Deepak Spinners Ltd. in 1985, where they held various positions including Shift In-charge, Deputy Spinning Master, and Manager Spinning. In 1992, they joined R.S.W.M. Ltd. (LNJ Group) as a Senior Manager and later became the Deputy General Manager and General Manager for the spinning division. Ram Mohan continued their career at B.T.M. Bhiwani, Haryana as a Manager Spinning from 1999 to 2002. Ram Mohan then joined R.S.W.M. Ltd. again as a Senior Manager/General Manager from 2002 to 2008. In 2008, they became the Vice President (Technical) at Sangam (I) Ltd. Bhilwara. Ram Mohan later joined Shiva Tex Fabs Ltd. as a Vice President from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a General Manager (Technical) at SPINTEXMILLS (Nigeria) Ltd. Lastly, they worked as the Head of Operations at Wearit Global Ltd. starting from 2014.
Ram Mohan Rastogi pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering from T.I.T. Bhiwani, attending the educational institution from 1982 to 1985.
