Nicholas Laning

Nicholas Laning currently serves as the Director of Insurance Operations and Director of Tech Ops and Broker Support at Kinetic Insurance since October 2021, while also acting as an Operations Consultant for KINETIC since June 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Junior Operations Manager - Special Projects at Waitr from February 2019 to January 2020, and as Senior Operations Associate at Homer Logistics, where delivery operations were launched in Los Angeles. Earlier roles include Program Analyst at Chainbridge Technologies, where strategic planning and program management were key responsibilities, as well as internships at the National Gallery of Art and the Office of the Suffolk County District Attorney. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University and studied at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
