Chief Product Officer at Pact

Courtney Lewis has over 14 years of work experience in the apparel industry. In 2006, they began their career as a Merchandising Manager at Hincapie Sportswear. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Product Manager at Isis for Women, where they led and managed the line planning and pricing process. Courtney then moved to American Recreation Products, where they served as Channel Manager for Target & Domestics from 2013 to 2014. During this time, they drove a $4 million incremental annual increase and managed channel partner revenues totaling $30 million. From 2014 to 2016, Courtney worked at Gaiam as an Apparel Merchandiser, where they launched the creation and execution of Gaiam's global apparel merchandising strategy. Courtney then moved to Blue Stripe LLC dba Fresh Produce, where they served as Director of Product and Product Manager from 2016 to 2018. Finally, in 2018, Courtney joined Pact as Director of Merchandising and is currently the Chief Product Officer.

Courtney Lewis attended the College of Charleston from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General.
