Danica Cauffield is a seasoned professional in merchandising and marketing with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Merchandising at Pepper, Danica has also held positions as Vice President of Merchandising at Honey Punch (Topshop x Honey Punch Global) and Director of Marketing, E-commerce & Visual Merchandising at SHOPALIX. Additionally, Danica contributes to academia as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Arizona State University. Danica's educational background includes a B.A. in Fashion Marketing and Management from The Illinois Institute of Art, complemented by general education studies at Western Illinois University.
