Sharon Richards

Sharon Richards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and logistics, as well as production planning. Currently serving as a Sales and Logistics Administrator at Weartech International, a Lincoln Electric Company, since April 2021, Sharon previously held the role of Head of Production Planning at Morgan Advanced Materials from January 2011 to December 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing several production business lines and managing complex supply chains. Earlier in career, Sharon worked as a Production Planner at Morgan Electrical Carbon Ltd from November 2006 to January 2011, focusing on planning for collector and pantograph carbon stripes in the rail industry.
