The leadership team at Wardrobe has a history of experience in the fashion industry, as well as a variety of other industries. They have worked as stylists, in marketing and advertising, and in operations and logistics. They have also been involved with volunteer work at New York Fashion Week. The team's education histories include degrees from Columbia University, the Fashion Institute of Technology, and the University of Georgia.
