Anna-Lena Swager

Anna-Lena Swager is the Head of Marketing and Communications at Weather Solutions NL B.V. since January 2024, overseeing global marketing and communication activities for both Weather Solutions and Wettermanufaktur GmbH. Anna-Lena founded SwagwithAnna Yoga in January 2020, promoting the philosophy of joy in yoga practice. Previously, Anna-Lena was the Head of Demand Generation at jameda GmbH from June 2022 to December 2023, leading marketing strategies and team development during an intensive merger. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Marketing Manager at Bullhorn for the DACH region and Senior Communications Manager at TeamViewer, where Anna-Lena managed various marketing functions and initiatives. Anna-Lena has also contributed as a lecturer at DHBW Stuttgart and as an intern at BASF, SAP, and in market research roles. Anna-Lena holds a Diplom in Language Interpretation and Translation from Heidelberg University and has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hawaii.
