Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Leadership Development at Weatherby Healthcare, Christi has also held roles at Lowes Foods and Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC, where Christi excelled in training and leadership development. Additionally, Christi is the Founder and Director of Daughters of Grace Dance Company.
