Eric Abens

Eric Abens is a Manufacturing Engineer with a solid background in engineering and education. Currently employed at Weatherby Inc. since June 2023, Eric previously worked at Ruger Firearms in the same role from June 2021 to May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Department Technician at Iowa State University from August 2020 to June 2021 and as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant from January 2021 to May 2021, where Eric assisted in a CNC machining lab. Eric's internship experience includes positions at Sturm, Ruger & Co. and Elanco, focusing on CAD design, process improvement, and quality studies.
