Amy Tibbitts

Amy Tibbitts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and management within the equine industry. Currently serving at Weatherbys Ltd since September 2015, Amy has held various roles including Business Transformation Manager, Racing Services Team Manager, and Head of Racing Projects, Processes & Strategy. Prior to this, Amy worked as a Student Advisor at Hartpury University and Hartpury College for a brief period in early 2015 and served as an Officer in the Royal Air Force from February 2008 to September 2012. Amy holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Thoroughbred Horseracing Industries from the University of Liverpool Management School, completed in September 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Equine Science from Hartpury University and Hartpury College, achieved in 2014.
