Crystal Woerly is a media professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. Crystal currently serves as the Director of Communications & Public Relations at Weatherford College. Prior to their current role, they spent three years as the Managing Editor of Parker County Today, where they were responsible for editorial content, writing and editing articles, designing pages, and organizing fashion photoshoots. Crystal also promoted advocacy of the magazine’s key charities related to breast cancer and animal welfare.

Before their time at Parker County Today, Crystal served as the News Editor of Weatherford Democrat (CNHI), where they led the news staff, wrote stories focused on growth and development, and edited copy and layout. Crystal also has experience paginating a paper in Quark and InDesign. Crystal began their career in 2000 at the Weatherford Democrat, where they worked for two years before taking a break to pursue other opportunities. Crystal returned to the Democrat in 2005 and worked there until 2006, when they left to join Parker County Today.

Crystal Woerly has a Master's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Tarleton State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of North Texas, and an Associate of Arts from Weatherford College. Crystal is also certified as a peer educator from The BACCHUS Initiatives of NASPA and has a certificate of continuing education in social media marketing from National Seminars Training.

Crystal Woerly reports to Tod Allen Farmer, President. They work with Jessica McKee - Director, Workforce Education, Rhonda Torres - Dean, Education & Instructional Support, and Duane Durrett - Dean, Fine Arts.
