Depinder Sandhu

Depinder Sandhu has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. From 1996 to 1999, they worked as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger, specializing in Coiled Tubing and Stimulation. Depinder then served as a Field Engineer and later as a Director of Well Construction Products at Weatherford from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they held various roles at Weatherford, including Director of Service Delivery and Senior Director of Corporate Strategy. In 2020, Sandhu joined Schlumberger as the Vice President of Global Distribution, and later became the Vice President of the Middle East Area in 2012. Depinder also served as the Operations Manager for different regions and held roles in global strategy coordination and business development during their tenure at Schlumberger. In 2021, Sandhu returned to Weatherford as the Senior Vice President of Global Product Lines.

Depinder Sandhu completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Marine Engineering from Marine Engineering and Research Institute (previously DMET) from 1992 to 1996. Later, in 2004 to 2007, Sandhu pursued an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. In 2012, Sandhu studied Strategic Finance at IMD for a brief period. Currently, Sandhu is participating in an in-company Leadership development program at Mays Business School - Texas A&M University, starting in 2018 and continuing indefinitely.
