Ginny Grotholson

Ginny Grotholson, MS-HRD, is an accomplished professional currently serving as an ESG Program Manager and Organizational Development Specialist at Weatherford since October 2021. Grotholson has demonstrated transformational leadership by managing a global team of over 60 SMEs to enhance the efficiency of the annual Sustainability Report, achieving a time-to-delivery reduction of more than 25%. Previously appointed as a Talent Development & Acquisition Specialist within the Global Talent Center of Excellence, Grotholson facilitated recruitment processes for a workforce exceeding 18,000 employees. Grotholson also brings extensive experience as an educator, having designed educational strategies and served as an accomplished trade show coordinator.
