Lauren Keef

Lauren Keef currently serves as the Global Productivity Leader at Weatherford since March 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren held multiple positions at CDI Products from June 2017 to March 2024, including Enterprise Business Process Manager, Inventory and Logistics Manager, Value Stream Manager, and Industrial Engineer. Lauren's career also includes experience as a Lean Process Engineer at RYCO, a Process Improvement Engineer at Gulf States Toyota, and various roles at Lockheed Martin, where significant achievements included leading supply chain cost savings initiatives. Earlier career experience includes work as a Capacity Planner at Texas Instruments and a Lean Deployment Intern at Aera Energy LLC. Lauren earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
