Timothy Freeney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology transfer, manufacturing, and engineering. Currently serving as the Technology Transfer Manager at Weatherford, Timothy leads multi-disciplinary efforts to manufacture new products and facilitate the migration of established products across facilities. As the Owner of Dallas Kickstart LLC, Timothy partners with aspiring entrepreneurs to help realize their small business ambitions, drawing on over 30 years of leadership experience from Fortune 100 companies. Previous roles include Manufacturing Technology at Probe and various engineering management positions at Halliburton, where significant achievements included developing an additive manufacturing strategy that increased component usage by over 300%. Timothy holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering and Metallurgical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
