Giannis Dravilas

Giannis Dravilas has worked as a Data Scientist at WeatherXM since November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Web Developer for a brief period in February and March 2022. From October 2020 to May 2021, they worked as an E-Commerce Assistant at spitaki.art.

Giannis Dravilas completed their Bachelor of Science in the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens from 2019 to 2023. Before that, they graduated from the 1st High School of Chalandri from 2016 to 2019, achieving a graduation grade of 19.9 out of 20.

In addition to their formal education, Giannis obtained several certifications. In 2023, they completed the "MOOC Machine Learning in Weather & Climate" from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts. In 2022, they participated in the "Cyber Security Event (Digital Escape Game)" organized by the Wallonia Export & Investment Agency.

Giannis also participated in various mathematical competitions. In 2019, they successfully participated in the 36th National Mathematical Olympiad "Ο ΑΡΧΙΜΗΔΗΣ" organized by the Hellenic Mathematical Society, as well as the 1st round of the 31st Greek National Competition in Informatics for students organized by the GREEK COMPUTER SOCIETY. In 2018, they achieved success in the "Ο ΘΑΛΗΣ" mathematical contest organized by the Hellenic Mathematical Society.

Furthermore, Giannis obtained the Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Michigan and the Goethe-Zertifikat B2 from the Goethe-Institut Athen in 2016. Unfortunately, the specific months of attainment for these certifications were not provided.
