Neal Silbert

Neal Silbert is a seasoned executive in the insurance and data analytics sectors, currently serving as Chief Product Officer and GM of Insurance at weav.ai since May 2024, overseeing product and go-to-market strategy. Previously, Silbert co-led the AmFam Data Science Institute at American Family Insurance, fostering partnerships with the University of Wisconsin Madison, while also playing a key role in establishing a new auto product management center. With experience as Senior Vice President at Insurance Industry Advisors and General Manager at DataRobot, Silbert has focused on advanced analytics in the insurance industry. Earlier positions include Predictive Analytics Vice President at Zurich North America and various roles at IBM and SPSS, contributing to the development of predictive models and analytic strategies. Silbert holds a BA in History from the University of Chicago.
