Natalia Mykhaylova

Natalia Mykhaylova is an accomplished entrepreneur and research scientist with a focus on innovative technologies for environmental sustainability and energy optimization. As the Founder and CEO of WeavAir since March 2017, Natalia leads efforts in developing solutions that integrate predictive software, satellite, drone, and IoT platforms to enhance operations and achieve ESG goals. Previous roles include serving as Entrepreneur In Residence at YSI, co-founding Arc.Zero for energy harvesting IoT solutions, and completing an intensive program at Singularity University. Natalia's early career included research at AllerGen NCE Inc, where recognition was achieved for contributions to low-cost air pollution monitoring devices. Holding a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto, along with a miniMBA from the Rotman School of Management, Natalia combines scientific expertise with entrepreneurial acumen to drive impactful initiatives.
