Alex Yam

Alex Yam has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Their career began at The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel, where they worked as a Project Officer from 2004 to 2007. Alex then moved on to Prada, where they were a Project Officer from 2007 to 2008. Later in 2008, they worked as a Senior Project Officer at Emperor Group 中皇集团, and also as a Store Planner at Ferragamo Hong Kong Ltd. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Project Manager at Pure Group International. Finally, they have been a Senior Project Manager at Weave Living since 2019.

Alex Yam obtained a Master's degree in Construction and Real Estate from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University between 2017 and 2018. Alex also holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Holmes Institute, Australia. Prior to that, they studied Civil Engineering at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). Alex also attended the University of Central Lancashire and studied Construction Management. In addition, Alex Yam holds certifications from BEAM Society Limited (BSL) for Beam Pro, The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) for Chartered Construction Manager, and RICS for Chartered Surveyor (Project Management).
