Mandy Siu has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a Cooperative Placement Trainee role at Nashville Airport Marriott in 2001. In 2003, they became an Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks (Coffee Concepts) Ltd. Mandy then moved to Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong in 2005, where they held the roles of Assistant Chef Concierge, Concierge Supervisor, Guest Relations Officers - Concierge, and Guest Relations Officers - Concierge (Four Seasons Place). In 2018, Mandy joined Weave Living, where they were the Vice President of Operations and Community Manager - Weave on Boundary.

Mandy Siu has a Bachelor (Hons) in Hotel and Catering Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, with a field of study in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
