Sachin Doshi

Sachin Doshi has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Sachin began their career in 2004 at Citi as an Analyst in Australia Real Estate Investment Banking. In 2006, they joined Merrill Lynch as a Vice President in Asia Real Estate Investment Banking, where they were responsible for origination and execution of real estate, hospitality, and gaming M&A and capital markets transactions across Asia Pacific. In 2011, they moved to APG Asset Management as the Managing Director and Head of Private Real Estate, Asia Pacific. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the firm's private real estate investment activities in the region, and under their leadership, the portfolio grew in funded market value from €2. In 2017, they founded Weave Living, Asia Pacific's leading integrated lifestyle rental apartment developer, owner, operator, and asset manager. As the Founder, Group CEO, and Chairman of the Board, they are responsible for bringing hassle-free city living experience to their residents.

Sachin Doshi obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) & Bachelor of Science (BSc) from The Australian National University between 1998 and 2002, majoring in Systems Engineering & Physics. In 2014, they also obtained a Responsible Officer certification from the Securities and Futures Commission.
