Apoorv Bhargava

Apoorv Bhargava is the CEO and founder of WeaveGrid, a company that revolutionizes the future of transportation. Prior to WeaveGrid, Apoorv worked as an intern at Joby Aviation, where they led the development of and started implementation of Joby's scaling plan. Apoorv also supported the executive team on the successful $100 M Series B fundraising process with financial modeling, unit economics & competitive analyses. Additionally, Apoorv diligenced battery technology roadmap and partnership opportunities. Before Joby Aviation, Apoorv interned at NRG Energy, where they led and presented a cross-functional project to develop NRG’s C&I behind-the-meter energy storage strategy, identifying markets, customer needs, and a GTM strategy to best position NRG to enter a critical new market. Apoorv also collaborated with finance & product teams to identify and leverage NRG’s financing, engineering, and analytics capabilities, together with external partnerships, to design a solution that met customer needs and will drive new sales.

Apoorv Bhargava has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Rice University, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rice University, a Master of Science in Environment & Resources from Stanford University, and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
