Brad Davids

Brad Davids has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Brad is currently the Senior Director of Utility Partnerships at WeaveGrid, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Principal at BD Ventures LLC, starting in June 2020. From January 2021 to March 2023, Brad was the Head of Utility Business Development at Span.

Before joining Span, Brad worked at Google as the Head of Demand Response Partnerships from February 2015 to June 2020. At Google, they led sales and business development efforts, managed relationships with key partner accounts, and expanded the number of utility partners.

From 2007 to 2014, Brad served as the Vice President of Utility Solutions at EnerNOC. In this role, they managed a group of 40+ employees and secured over $750 million in utility contract bookings for EnerNOC's demand response and energy efficiency offerings. Brad also collaborated with various departments within EnerNOC's senior management team.

Brad's earlier career includes positions such as Vice President of Energy Insights at IDC, Vice President of EPRI Solutions at EPRI, President/CEO at Primen, and Associate Vice President at DoubleClick Inc./Abacus Direct. Brad co-founded E Source in 1992, a syndicated research and information services company, and was its Senior Vice President until its acquisition in 1999.
