Cynthia Lac

Cynthia Lac has had a varied work experience. In 2022, they began their role as a Customer Experience Associate at WeaveGrid. From 2016-2022, they worked at Galaxy International LLC, first as a Customer Operations and then as a Customer Experience Specialist (Data and Logistics). In 2016, they also began their role as Spa Manager at Lush Nails Spa, where they were responsible for store opening and closing, management of store front operations, and enforcing high standards with technicians. From 2012-2016, they worked at J. Paul Leonard Library, first as a Collections Management Library Technician Assistant, where they maintained books, documents, and periodicals, and then as an Information Services Library Technician Assistant, where they provided patrons with necessary information and directions.

Cynthia Lac obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration: Information Systems from San Francisco State University between 2011 and 2016. Cynthia also holds certifications in Data Analysis with Python from Coursera obtained in January 2020, Databases and SQL for Data Science from Coursera obtained in July 2019, Data Science Methodology from Coursera obtained in June 2019, Python for Data Science from Coursera obtained in June 2019, Open Source Tools for Data Science from Coursera obtained in May 2019, and What is Data Science? from Coursera obtained in May 2019.
