Margaret Harpending

Margaret Harpending is a seasoned professional in the field of onboarding and training, currently serving as a Senior Onboarding Specialist at Weaver since April 2021. With a diverse range of roles including Onboarding Specialist, Learning & Development Specialist, and Training & Development Coordinator, Margaret has developed expertise in employee training processes. Prior to this, Margaret held the position of Training Coordinator at Lockheed Martin from May 2019 to April 2021. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Arkansas.
