Monty Bell has extensive experience in energy compliance services, currently serving as the Director of the RFS Operations Team at Weaver since December 2013. Previously, Monty held positions as Sr. Manager and Manager within the Energy Compliance Services department, focusing on RINs compliance and renewable fuels consulting, particularly in relation to EPA's Renewable Fuel Standard regulations. Prior to joining Weaver, Monty was the RINs Compliance Manager at Mansfield Oil Company, overseeing the Renewable Fuels Division's compliance operations. Monty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from North Central University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
