Tony Miller, P.E. is a seasoned professional in environmental compliance and enforcement, currently serving as a Partner and Director of Energy Compliance Services at Weaver since January 2023. Previously, Tony was a Board Member at the Institute for Environmental Solutions from January 2021 to May 2025 and held various significant positions at the US Environmental Protection Agency from June 2006 to January 2023. Notable roles at the EPA included Acting Associate Director of the Office of Compliance-IO, where Tony led initiatives to enhance enforcement inspector training across federal environmental statutes, and Acting Director of the Monitoring, Assistance, & Media Programs Division, responsible for national compliance monitoring strategies.
