Shubham Shroff

Shubham Shroff is a dynamic entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in management consulting and youth empowerment initiatives. As the Co-Founder, CEO, and National Executive Director of Consulting Leagues of America since August 2020, Shubham has been instrumental in providing pro-bono consulting services to local businesses, developing brand identities, and increasing profitability, while also establishing chapters at high schools both in the US and internationally. Concurrently, Shubham serves as Chief Financial Officer at TECH4U, promoting digital literacy through coding camps, and is Co-Founder and President of IHS Viking Consulting, facilitating community engagement and collaboration with various local organizations. As a dedicated mentor within DECA Inc. and an intern at WEAVR, Shubham actively contributes to professional development and market research initiatives. Currently pursuing dual degrees in Statistics and Data Science, and Economics and Accounting at UC Santa Barbara, Shubham combines academic pursuits with a commitment to leadership and community development.
