**REQUIREMENTS**

**Minimum Requirements**

* Grade 12
* At least 2-3 years' experience in a Customer Service/Call Centre environment
* Strong customer service skills
* Strong telephone etiquette
* MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) experience will be advantageous

**Ideal requirements**

* ISP experience will be advantageous
* Being tech savvy is not a must, but it will definitely be an advantage

* Ability to work under pressure & manage several priorities at a time
* Good communicator
