Michael Burke

Michael Burke began their career in 1987 as an Artillery and Communications Officer for the USMC. In 2008, they joined Flatter and Associates as a Business Development/Program Manager for USMC Programs and a Program Manager. In 2016, they moved to Web Business Solutions, Inc. (WBSI) as Chief Program Officer. In this role, they oversee the direct labor efforts on WBSI contracts to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. Michael also works to meet client needs and expectations while making WBSI a great place to work for employees. WBSI specializes in information technologies and training services for the Department of Defense.

Michael Burke began their educational career at the University of Michigan, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 1987. Michael then attended Averett University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1994. In 1997, they completed a Master of Science in Information Technology Management (MS ITM) from the Naval Postgraduate School. In 2015, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
