Mike Madsen

Michael Madsen has a background in customer service and quality assurance, with experience working for Web Courseworks and Crawford Oil Co Inc. Michael currently holds the title of Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Customer Service. Prior to this, Michael was a Support Team Lead and a Customer Service Representative. Michael obtained an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Madison.
