Lydia Kaol

Lydia Kaol has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Lydia started their career as a Project Lead at Digital Divide Data (DDD) in 2013 and continued in that role until 2018. In 2019, Lydia worked as a Team Leader at Sweden for UNHCR before moving on to become a Program Intern at The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation. At The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation, they conducted a desk study on Women, Peace and Security in Ethiopia for future program development. In 2021, they worked as a Field Representative at Oxfam Sverige. Currently, Lydia is working as a Business Development Representative at Web Manuals since November 2022.

Lydia Kaol pursued their education at Lund University from 2018 to 2020, where they attained a Master's degree. However, no specific field of study was provided for this degree. Prior to their enrollment at Lund University, Lydia completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Gender at Kenyatta University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017.
