Niladri Dasgupta has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Niladri started their career in 1994 as a Programmer at Maheshwari Datamatics. In 1995, they joined Next Generation Software as a Lead Programmer. The following year, they became a Group Leader at ENG Software (now Elecom Software). In 1998, they took on the role of Group Manager - Engineering at Next Generation Software, where they stayed until 2004. During their time there, they also served as a Senior System Architect at Web Spiders, and recently, as the Chief Technology Officer. Overall, Niladri Dasgupta has displayed expertise and growth throughout their career in various technical and managerial positions.

Niladri Dasgupta completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from the University of Calcutta, where they studied from 1987 to 1990. Prior to that, they attended Krishnath Collage School, although the specific dates and degree obtained are unknown.

In addition to their formal education, Niladri has obtained several certifications in various fields. In December 2019, they completed the "Mathematics for Machine Learning" course offered by Imperial College London on Coursera. In August 2019, they obtained the certification for "Advanced Machine Learning with TensorFlow" from Google Cloud Platform. In July 2017, they completed the "Machine Learning" course offered by Stanford University on Coursera.

Furthermore, Niladri has obtained professional certifications related to web development and databases. In September 2003, they earned the MCP certification for "Developing and Implementing Web Applications with Microsoft Visual C# .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio.NET" from Microsoft. In April 2002, they achieved the MCP certification for "Designing and Implementing Databases with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition" from Microsoft.

Lastly, Niladri obtained the "AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2018.
