Randy Shannon

Randy Shannon is an experienced workforce development specialist currently employed by the D.C. Department of Employment Services since March 2015, focusing on linking District residents to opportunities in the construction industry. As the President and Owner of Web Strategies since November 1997, Randy provides a range of web-related services to businesses and non-profits. Previous roles include Director of the Outcomes Service at TLC - The Treatment and Learning Centers, where Randy supported employment for adults with disabilities, and Director of Fedcap Office Services, where Randy successfully revamped a major business division. Randy's career also features positions in vocational rehabilitation and program management across various organizations, complemented by an educational background in Special Education and Guidance & Rehabilitation from reputable institutions.
