Izabela Kuprasz

Izabela Kuprasz has extensive work experience in the legal field. Izabela currently works as a Legal Counsel at Web3 Foundation since February 2023. Previously, they held various positions at Credit Suisse, including Head Legal Advisory Fund Execution from March 2019 to May 2022, Lawyer at Legal Advisory Fund Execution from November 2017 to February 2019, Team Leader at Hedge Fund Legal Review from July 2015 to October 2017, and Junior Specialist at Hedge Fund Legal Review from August 2014 to June 2015. Izabela also worked as a Legal Trainee at Koksztys – corporate and commercial law firm from October 2011 to January 2012. Additionally, Izabela participated in the General Counsel Academy Program as a Trainee at Legal and Compliance Department at Credit Suisse from September 2013 to August 2014, where they gained experience in drafting corporate documents, contracts, and performing due diligence.

Izabela Kuprasz has a diverse education background. Izabela pursued their Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Financial & Commercial Law at King's College London from 2020 to 2022. In 2023, they participated in the DLT Talents Program at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, focusing on Blockchain and crypto assets. Prior to this, they completed their Master's Degree in Law at the University of Wroclaw from 2010 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Izabela has obtained several certifications. Izabela successfully completed The Solicitors Qualifying Examination SQE 1 offered by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in March 2023. Furthermore, they hold a certification in International Compliance Association in Anti-Money Laundering, obtained in September 2019. In March 2018, they completed the Fundamentals of Financial Services course provided by The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI). Additionally, they obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe (CIPP/E) certification from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in April 2023. Izabela also undertook Legal English and Legal German courses at Uniwersytet Wrocławski, although the months and years of completion are not specified.
