Pelin Ersavas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pelin began their career in 1999 as a Software Engineer at Akbank before moving on to Oracle Corporation as a Training Consultant. In 2003, they joined Ansys as a Software Engineer. From 2006 to 2009, Pelin served as the R&D Group Manager for Applications Software at AIRTIES WIRELESS NETWORKS. Pelin then worked as an Architect and Technology Consultant at CLIMATEMINDER, INC, where they played a crucial role in selecting software platforms, designing infrastructure, and implementing Agile/SCRUM methodologies. In 2012, Pelin joined Webalo, initially as a Senior Analyst, and later taking on roles such as Director of Product Management, VP Product Management, and currently serving as the Chief Evangelist. In their current position, they are responsible for orchestrating the development and execution of Webalo's product and compete strategies. Pelin's expertise lies in enterprise mobility, product management, software development, and system architecture.
Pelin Ersavas began their education at Samsun Anadolu Lisesi from 1988 to 1995, although no degree or field of study was specified during this time. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from 1995 to 1999 at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi (Middle East Technical University). Later, they attended Northeastern University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering, specializing in Engineering Software Design. In addition to their formal education, Pelin Ersavas earned a certification in Neuroscience for Business from MIT Sloan School of Management in April 2021.
