Carlos Inacio

Carlos Inacio has extensive experience in supply chain and logistics management, currently serving as Head of Automation in Supply Chain at Webasto Group since June 2013. In this role, Carlos is responsible for developing and implementing automation strategies, including pilot projects involving Automated Guided Vehicles and RFID technologies. Prior to this position, Carlos held various roles at Webasto, including Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing logistics teams and reporting on critical performance metrics. Other previous roles include Logistics Manager and Supply Chain Global Process Leader, focusing on system upgrades and process improvements across multiple plants. Carlos also has a strong foundation in change management and team leadership, with experience in implementing Toyota Production System methods.
