Flor Aguilera

Flor Aguilera is a highly experienced Software Quality Engineering Team Lead at Webasto Group since December 2012, specializing in the adaptation of ASPICE and North American product development processes. Responsibilities include managing requirements across systems, software, and hardware, as well as leading a team of engineers focused on E-drive roof systems. Flor is recognized as a Functional Safety Expert and has executed significant activities in System Engineering, including architecture preparation and FMEA execution. Previously, Flor held roles as a Lead Quality Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, contributing to software development processes, quality training, and project support for major automotive clients. Prior experience includes a Lead Software Development Engineer position at Delphi Automotive Systems and engineering roles at Circuit Wise and Siemens. Flor holds a Master’s degree in Satellite Communications Engineering and Telecommunications Engineering, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua.
