Juergen Viereck

Juergen Viereck is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in purchasing and program management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Vice President Group Category Purchasing at Webasto Group since December 2012, Juergen is responsible for driving global strategic initiatives for direct material spending exceeding 2 billion Euros and optimizing organizational structures across multiple regions. Previous roles include Vice President Purchasing and Supplier Quality North America and Vice President Program Management and Value Chain Improvement, where leadership in supplier development and cost improvement initiatives was demonstrated. Additionally, Juergen played a pivotal role in establishing the purchasing organization for Webasto Charging Systems and led various programs at Faurecia, managing complex cross-functional teams and improving product quality and profitability. Juergen holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering from Technische Universität Karlsruhe.
