Manlio Marenghi

Manlio Marenghi has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as CEO and Plant Director at Webasto Group since February 2005, overseeing the P&L of the Italian site. Previous roles include Quality Manager, Head of WPS/WCM, and Head of Program Management, with global responsibility for roof programs associated with Fiat and Chrysler, focusing on training and improving PMO procedures. Manlio has successfully managed numerous projects, including the development of sunroofs for Fiat, Lancia, and Alfa Romeo. Prior to Webasto, Manlio held positions as Project Buyer at Webasto S.p.A, Plant Manager at Galvaniche Ripamonti, and Purchasing Manager at Gammastamp S.p.a. Educational credentials include a degree in European Business with Technology from Politecnico di Torino and studies at the University of Brighton International College.
