Olivier Farreyrol

Olivier Farreyrol is an experienced engineering and management professional with a strong focus on product development and production processes in the automotive glass industry. Currently serving as Manager of the Tech Center and Advanced Product Development at Webasto Group since August 2022, Olivier previously held the position of Manager of Advanced Product Development at Carlex Glass America, where a project engineering team was effectively managed. Prior roles include Project Manager at Carlex, overseeing the installation and commissioning of automotive glazing lines, and Production Line Manager at Guardian Industries, responsible for managing production operations for automotive glazing. With foundational experience gained at Prevent Glass France, Thomson Videoglass, Essilor, and Flabeg, Olivier has developed expertise in continuous improvement, process optimization, and team leadership. Olivier holds an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Design from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur.
