Stephen Chesna

Stephen Chesna is an accomplished finance and operations executive with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for the Americas region at Webasto Group since September 2020, Stephen has held various leadership positions within the Webasto organization, including Global Vice President of Customer Group and Vice President of Heating Systems. Previous roles include President and CEO at Webasto Convertibles USA, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer at Karmann USA, Inc., where responsibilities included financial oversight and operational management. Stephen's background also encompasses program management at Dura Convertible Systems and engineering at ASC, Inc. Academically, Stephen holds an MBA in Business and Manufacturing Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BSME in Engineering from Kettering University.
