Joshua Helgesen

Joshua Helgesen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel - Product & Regulatory at WebBank since August 2016, Joshua has held various leadership roles within the organization, including VP of Due Diligence and Implementation, VP of Risk and Relationship Management, and Program Manager. Prior to WebBank, Joshua was Senior Legal Counsel at Veridian Credit Union and also served as Legal Counsel. Earlier experience includes a Compliance Analyst position at ViClarity and legal internships at the Iowa Insurance Division and the Office of the Attorney General of Iowa. Joshua is a 2007 Janet D. Steiger Fellow and holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Drake University Law School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Utah.
