Nikhil Gupta

Nikhil Gupta has a diverse work experience in the field of risk management and analytics. Nikhil is currently serving as the Head of Risk Management and Analytics at WebBank, where they have been since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Risk Management and Analytics at the same company from January 2021 to March 2022. Before joining WebBank, they held the role of Manager of Credit Strategy at the company from February 2019 to December 2020.

In 2018, Nikhil worked at Prosper Marketplace, specializing in credit strategy and pricing. During their time there from June 2018 to September 2018, they focused on identifying synthetic identity frauds during loan acquisitions and collaborating with credit risk teams and external vendors to enhance approval rates while managing borrower risk and investor returns.

Before their tenure at Prosper Marketplace, Nikhil had experience at Citi and HSBC. At Citi, they served as the Manager of Advanced Analytics for Citi Retail Services from July 2016 to July 2017. Nikhil also held the role of Assistant Manager of Sears Account Management Credit Policy at Citi from August 2014 to June 2016. Prior to Citi, they worked as a Credit Risk Analyst at HSBC US Cards Acquisitions Credit Policy from July 2011 to July 2014.
