Bernardo F. Abis

Bernardo Abis serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Webcast Technologies, Inc., an Enterprise Partner of Google focused on location-based services, since August 2000. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Rubrics Stone and Prostate Center of Asia from August 2008 to December 2014, Consultant at The World Bank from January 2009 to 2014, and Adjunct Professor of Technopreneurship at the College of Engineering, University of the Philippines from June 2011 to June 2013. Bernardo Abis also held the position of President at the Little League of Quezon City from November 2008 to December 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science degree in Engineering-Economics Systems from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering (cum laude) from the University of the Philippines. Additional studies were completed at Harvard Kennedy School.
