Jason Cavett

Jason Cavett has a diverse work experience with a focus on technology and software engineering. Jason has held various positions throughout their career. Jason started as a Software Engineering Co-Op at Excellus BCBS in 2003. Jason then joined Goodrich as a Software Engineering Co-Op in 2004. In 2005, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin and also worked there as a Software Engineering Co-Op for a brief period. Jason then moved to The SI Organization, Inc. in 2010 and worked as a Software Engineering Manager. Jason later joined Jacquette Consulting in 2013, where they held the roles of Senior Software Engineering Consultant and Vice President of Technology. In 2017, Jason started their own business, CavetTek. Jason is also currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at webCemeteries.

Jason Cavett obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Software Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, where they attended from 2001 to 2006. Jason further pursued their education by earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Engineering from Penn State Great Valley, from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their degrees, they also obtained the Certified Software Development Associate (CSDA) certification from IEEE in March 2008.
