Erika Zutere-Johnstone has over 20 years of experience in managing and directing various roles within the advertising and marketing industry. Erika started their career at Silikons Baltic JWT in 1996, where they held several positions including Account Manager, Account Service Director, and Managing Director. During their time at Silikons Baltic JWT, they worked with clients such as Shell, Volvo, Electrolux, and Hoffmann La Roche. In 1999, Erika joined Z Communications as Managing Director, where they played a key role in leading the company for six years. In 2005, Erika became the Managing Director of Easycom, a creative boutique agency, where they managed the agency and worked with clients such as Citroen, Latvian Parliament EU Information Centre, Sky supermarkets, Kiilto building materials, Nelss Lizings financial services, and LSTK Latvian Salt Trading Company. Since 2008, Erika has been working at WebCertain as a Senior Account Manager & Team Leader.
