Michelle Huang serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Spokesperson at WebComm Technology since December 2020, overseeing long-term strategic planning and market strategies. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at IBM from July 2013 to October 2020, including Senior Solution Sales Manager for AI, Blockchain, Cloud, and Data, where significant sales achievements were made, and Senior Software Client Leader, instrumental in closing a major deal in Taiwan. Michelle also participated in the Greater China Management Associate Program at IBM, ranking first among peers. Earlier experience includes a role with the New Taipei City Computer Association as Chief Coordinator for an exchange program. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Management Science and Strategic Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management Science from National Chiao Tung University.
