Joanna Banachowicz has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 as a Journalist at TVN S.A. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Communication Specialist and Junior Communication Specialist at CBRE Poland. In 2017, they joined KRK FILM as a PR Manager until 2020. In 2018, they transitioned to WEBCON as a Content & Social Media Manager and later became the Head of Marketing in 2022. Additionally, in 2019, they worked as a Festival TV Editor at Off Camera 2019 for Fundacja Off Camera.
Joanna Banachowicz obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Journalism and Communication from the University of Lodz from 2012 to 2015. In 2019, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Social Media Manager at Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomii i Informatyki w Krakowie, which they completed in 2020.
In addition to their formal education, Joanna Banachowicz obtained certifications in Digital Marketing dla branży nieruchomości from Certes Sp. z o.o. in October 2017, and Content Marketing w Social Media - Strategia, Taktyka i Analityka from Newspoint in April 2017.
