Sharla Sullivan

Sharla Sullivan is an experienced outreach and partnerships manager currently working at Webcor since June 2022. Prior to this role, Sharla spent eight years at EBMUD as a community affairs representative, overseeing external communications and community engagement, including crisis management and diversity initiatives in West Contra Costa County and parts of Alameda County.
